Long Indica white parboiled

Indica rice is grown in hot, tropical climates. The grains are long and when cooked, the rice is fluffy and does not stick together. Most of our Long Indicia Rice have been sourced via our project in Cambodia. Parboiled rice is soaked, steamed, and dried in its husk after harvest but before milling. The process turns the rice light yellow rather than white.
